Our product portfolio covers the entire spectrum between bulk products for industrial customers and retail products for end consumers. Key Account Manager (w/m/d)

Fulltime – Hamburg

• Management and development of key accounts in the foodservice, hospitality, and gastronomy sectors: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Strategic customer consulting: Analyzing customer needs and developing tailored solutions and offers.
• Contract negotiations: Conducting price and contract negotiations with customers while taking company objectives into account.
• Market and competitor analysis: Identifying market trends and competitor activities in order to recognize opportunities and risks at an early stage.
• Coordination with internal departments: Close collaboration with marketing, product development, customer service, and logistics to ensure optimal customer support.
• Revenue responsibility: Achieving agreed sales targets and revenue growth.
• Reporting: Preparing reports and forecasts for management to analyze customer development.
• Participation in trade fairs and customer events: Representing the company and maintaining the network.

• You are a communicative sales professional.
• You have several years of sales experience in the foodservice sector, ideally in hospitality, gastronomy, or the out-of-home market.
• You work independently, have a confident presence, are articulate, and have a strong willingness to learn.
• You enjoy celebrating personal achievements, and challenges motivate you.
• You have a very good command of German and English. An additional language is, of course, a plus, but not essential

The minimum annual salary for this position is €60,000 on a full-time basis. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications.
